Chandana is responsible for portfolio operations activities including daily monitoring of Model portfolios, fund and platform flows reporting, daily and monthly reconciliations, preparing reports including graphs and analytics, and engaging with key external stakeholders such as Custodians, Investment platforms, fund managers, etc.

Chandana commenced her career in India before relocating to Australia, bringing extensive experience in the financial services industry. Having worked with FactSet, a global financial data provider, she has a strong background in client-facing roles, where she has been responsible for managing data to generate actionable insights that aid clients in their decision-making processes. Chandana excels in delivering customised services to meet client needs, including portfolio analysis, financial analysis and reporting, and ensuring client retention through ongoing support. She is adept at providing timely solutions to client queries while maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Chandana holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management, specialising in Finance and Business Analytics, from a renowned business school in India.
