Vessela is a Portfolio Consultant at boutique multi-asset portfolio construction specialists Context Capital.

She performs this role for Context clients alongside managing Greenwood & Co, which she founded in 2018  to enable financial advisory firms to transition to managed accounts and/or access efficient investment governance frameworks and processes.

Vessela has over 17 years of experience in funds management having spent time as a Fund Manager at Ironbark Asset Management, Investment Manager of global and domestic equity beta and smart beta portfolios and ETFs at State Street Global Advisors, a Research Equity Analyst at Investors Mutual and a Research Associate at AJO Partners, a US-based quant equity boutique based in Philadelphia, USA. Vessela started her career as corporate valuations consultant at PwC where she performed fundamental analysis on a number of businesses across diverse industries. 

Vessela has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Management Information Systems from Drexel University in Philadelphia, USA.
