Bianca is an experienced HR executive who has worked for over 20 years in a range of blue chip and start-ups including most recently as General Manager – HR for Bunnings. She is a trusted strategic advisor and partner for a number of organisations and has a passion for building high performing cultures.  She now serves as a NED and Trustee Board member in the area of strategy, operations and secretary.
